Breathing Exercises For Stress Relief in Bethesda

We see many patients at our Bethesda chiropractic clinic that could benefit from these exercise routines.

Studies have shown that you can use breathing to activate certain parts of your nervous system, influence heart rate, and blood pressure, ease mental stresses and anxieties and also help fight insomnia.
